Overview: With the latest release, we're thrilled to introduce a selection of new features and improvements to enhance your experience with the Grafterr Operator app on Android. Notably, you can now seamlessly manage third-party pre-orders and self-delivery fulfillment within our Point of Sale (POS) system, making 3rd party order processing more efficient than ever.
New Features
Enable third-party pre-orders directly from the admin panel. Now, you can offer pre-order options to customers using delivery platforms like JustEat, Deliveroo, and UberEats. It's all about making life easier for you and your customers.
Pre-orders now display their respective date and time in the Operator app, enhancing visibility and streamlining your order flow process. No more guesswork – just clear, organized information.
Manage third-party orders from JustEat, Deliveroo, and UberEats with your own delivery drivers. When you choose to use your own drivers, orders are automatically transferred to the delivery management section of your ePOS. From there, you can easily assign orders to your drivers, provided they have the Grafterr Driver app (applicable for driver app version Android 3.0.7).
Identify orders at a glance with aggregator ID and logos displayed in the delivery management and driver apps. Improved order identification means less confusion and more efficiency.
