As part of this update, the new admin panel now includes two detailed kitchen performance reports designed for faster monitoring and better decision-making:
Kitchen Orders Report:
This report gives a high-level view of how orders move through the kitchen and tracks Service type, Order ID, Item count, Order placed time, Order completed time, Total order duration, Expected time, Elapsed time
Use Case:
Use the Kitchen orders report to monitor order processing speed, ensure timely service, and compare actual performance against expected preparation times.
Kitchen Items Report:
This report provides item-level insights to help pinpoint delays and optimize preparation workflows and tracks Menu/category, Item name, Order ID, Item insert time, Cooking start time, Item completed time, Preparation time, Service type, Kitchen name
Use Case:
Use the Kitchen items report to identify slow-moving items, analyze kitchen workload distribution, and improve overall kitchen efficiency by understanding where delays occur.
These new reports make it easier to track performance and streamline operations directly from the new admin panel.
