Dynamic customer receipts

After listening to our customers' feedback, we have introduced a more dynamic way of managing customer receipts design. In the Admin panel you are now able to build your own receipt template, and decide how every piece of information shows on your customer receipts. This includes font sizes, bold, underline, and inverted text options. These can be found in the Receips -> Customer Receipt Template section in the Admin panel.

 

At the same time, we have implemented Customer Receipts using LAN printers. This means, that going forward, the LAN receipt printers can be configured to print customer receipts.

What are the advantages of this feature?

This allows users who have multiple terminals next to each other, to use 1 shared customer printer. 

Alternatively, customers who have the preparation areas very close to the till area can use the same printer for both purposes.

 

Baggage charges for online and in-person orders.

Due to the current regulations in the UK government, it is required for businesses to charge for the packaging of their products. ePOS Hybrid has this functionality and is available for all the customers both for online orders and in-person orders. 

These can be applied from the Admin panel and will automatically add a pre-defined bag charge to every order. It can be found in Restaurant Setup -> Settings -> Package Pricing
