Introducing Grafterr Pay+

We’ve introduced Grafterr Pay+, a new integrated payment solution powered by Adyen, to provide merchants with a secure, reliable, and modern in-store card payment experience. This enhancement expands Grafterr's payment ecosystem by introducing support for the NYC1 Pocket Card Reader and AMS1 All-in-One Payment Terminal, giving businesses more flexible options for processing customer payments.

1. With Grafterr Pay+, payment processing is fully integrated with the Grafterr Operator Application. When a payment is initiated at the POS, the transaction amount is automatically transmitted to the connected payment terminal, eliminating the need for manual entry. Customers can then complete their payment using their preferred card payment method, including contactless tap, Chip & PIN (card insert), or card swipe where supported by the terminal. Once the transaction is securely authorized through Adyen, the payment status is instantly returned to the POS, allowing the sale to be completed without additional steps.

This release builds upon the existing Grafterr Pay payment offering by introducing new Adyen-powered terminal options alongside the previously supported WisePad 3 and WisePOS-E devices. The result is a smoother checkout process, faster payment handling, improved transaction accuracy, and enhanced security for both merchants and customers.

By combining secure payment processing with seamless POS integration, Grafterr Pay+ simplifies in-store card payments while providing businesses with a modern and efficient checkout experience.
