Controlling the Online orders flow directly from the app


This new feature allows the user to activate and deactivate the Delivery and Collection services directly from the Online Order section in the app. This will also apply if you are using slots. You can disable specific slots for the current day.

On top of this, the users can now easily increase and decrease the estimated time until the orders will be with the customer based on how busy they are.

This is how it looks:

Increasing and decreasing estimated time by tapping the relevant (+/-) icons and pressing Submit

On top of the above features, some small changes have been made, to improve the customer experience:

  • The slots displayed to the user will be arranged in chronological order based on the slot start time ("from time")
  • The only slots displayed to the customer will be the slots after the current time + the estimated service time. (Example: The current time is 1:00 pm. The Collection service's estimated time is 30 minutes. The app will only show the slots starting after 1:30 pm.)
  • These settings will reset at the end of the day
  • We have also added a Simple / Detailed view option, for the customers to be able to view more orders on one screen.
