Centralized Service Status Page for Grafterr Platform Services

We’ve introduced a new centralized Service Status Page to help both clients and internal teams monitor the operational health and availability of Grafterr platform services in real time. The status page provides a transparent and reliable way to identify service outages, disruptions, degradations, or performance fluctuations across multiple Grafterr products and integrations. This enhancement improves communication during incidents and allows users to quickly verify whether an issue is platform-related without depending solely on support channels. The page also provides better visibility into service uptime and historical activity, helping businesses stay informed about platform performance at all times.

What’s New?

A dedicated Service Status Page has now been implemented under the Grafterr platform to provide centralized monitoring and live operational updates for major services and integrations.

The status page currently monitors:

  1. 3rd Party Channel Services (Just Eat, Deliveroo, Uber Eats, etc.)
  2. Grafterr POS
  3. Grafterr GO Services
  4. Digital Ordering Services
  5. Grafterr Payments
  6. Grafterr Hospitality Apps

The page displays real-time service availability information, ongoing incidents, maintenance updates, uptime indicators, and historical service activity to provide complete transparency around platform operations.

Purpose?

The Service Status Page is designed to improve operational transparency and reduce troubleshooting time during service interruptions or unexpected issues. Both clients and internal teams can now quickly determine whether a service is operational, experiencing degradation, or temporarily unavailable. By providing centralized visibility into platform health, the update helps reduce uncertainty during incidents, improves communication efficiency, and enables faster issue identification and response.

How It Helps?

This update creates a more transparent and proactive support experience for Grafterr clients and teams. Users can independently monitor platform health, verify ongoing incidents, and stay updated on service restoration progress without needing to contact support for every issue. The addition of uptime indicators and historical service tracking also helps businesses better understand platform reliability and monitor long-term service performance trends.
