We’ve introduced live driver tracking functionality for digital ordering to provide customers with greater visibility and transparency during the delivery process. Customers placing delivery orders through Grafterr-powered online websites and mobile applications can now track their assigned delivery driver in real time from order dispatch until delivery completion. This enhancement improves the overall customer experience by offering accurate delivery visibility, reducing uncertainty around order arrival times, and creating a more engaging and reliable delivery journey.


What’s New?

Customers placing delivery orders through the Grafterr digital ordering platform can now access real-time delivery tracking directly from their order confirmation communication. Once an order is confirmed, customers receive an order confirmation email containing a dedicated “Track Order” option.


After the order is assigned to a delivery driver, live tracking becomes active automatically. Customers can then view the driver’s real-time location on a map and monitor the delivery progress as the order approaches the delivery destination. The feature is available across Grafterr digital ordering platforms, including both hosted and integrated online ordering websites and mobile applications.


Feature Details:

The driver tracking system begins with the order confirmation process. When a customer successfully places a delivery order, an automated confirmation email is sent containing a direct tracking option for easy access.

Once the delivery driver is assigned to the order, customers can track the driver’s live movement through a map-based tracking interface. The tracking system provides real-time location updates and delivery progress visibility, helping customers stay informed about their order status throughout the delivery journey.
