Driver tracking for delivery orders

Customers placing orders through the Grafterr digital ordering platform (website and mobile apps, both integrated and hosted) can now track their delivery driver in real time.

Feature details

Order tracking via email

1. When a customer places a delivery order, an order confirmation email is sent
2. The email includes a “Track Order” option
3. Customers can click this to track the driver.

Live driver tracking

1. Once the order is assigned to a delivery driver, tracking becomes active
2. Customers can view the driver’s live location on a map
3. Provides real-time updates on delivery progress
