It is designed to help you manage your marketing operations using the Customer Database in the ePOS Hybrid system. It consists of 4 different sections:All the SMS functions require a MessageBird account. A complete guide on how to create one is available in our ePOS Academy.
SMS Marketing
This allows you to send custom SMS messages to your customers, allowing you to promote events, products and more. You can also filter through the customers, to create more targeted messages.
Mailchimp Integration
Once the Mailchimp integration is set up, it allows you to Sync the OPT-IN customers from ePOS Hybrid to a Mailchimp Audience directly with all the relevant tags created. Also, all the new OPT-IN users will be automatically synced.
Advanced Customer Loyalty
This feature allows you to create rules, where you reward your loyal customers by automatically sending them an Email/SMS containing a discount code after a given number of orders are placed. For example: "Get 50% OFF every 4th order". This only works for Registered customers.
Customer Retention Programme
The customer retention program allows you to re-activate customers who haven't ordered in a given time period, by automatically sending them a discount code. For example: "Send a discount code if the customer has not ordered in 7 days".
